Cancellation, Reschedule and Booking Fee Policies

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request you provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving proper notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Our appointments are re-confirmed via text message and email before your appointment giving ample time to make any necessary adjustments as unexpected life issues arise. Since the services are reserved for you, and we are open by appointment only your booking fee is nonrefundable if 24 hours advanced notice is not given. Divinity reserves the right to require prepayment of the booking fee to reserve your time slot, which will be deducted from your remaining balance of service rendered at your scheduled appointment time. Additionally, if you are late to your appointment your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced and can enjoy their full scheduled session. If you have an outstanding unpaid missed appointment fee you will not be able to request future appointments until the balance is paid.
